Volunteers make Isabel Hospice such a special place and we simply couldn’t do it without them!
If you're passionate about giving back, we have a role for you! Whatever your skills or interests, we’re confident we can find a rewarding volunteer opportunity that suits you. Join our inclusive and supportive environment, and make a difference in your community. Every contribution counts, and together, we can achieve great things.
Our volunteer opportunities are varied and very flexible and include; helping in one of our shops, welcoming patients and their families as a receptionist at our Inpatient unit (IPU), fundraising and events support, becoming a Compassionate Neighbour, gardening, eBay listing, van driving and stock sorting.
Even giving 2 hours on an ad-hoc basis, or a morning or afternoon of your time each week would benefit us immensely.
Roles are available Monday to Sunday, including evening shifts, across multiple sites in eastern Hertfordshire. People of all abilities and from all walks of life are welcome, and no previous experience is necessary as training is provided.
Why not join our team and make a difference to your local community?
